For PayPal transactions, refunds are processed according to the PayPal refund policy described in the Returns and Refunds section. Shipping and Delivery

Returns and Refunds – 14 Days No-Reason Policy
You have the right to return any clothing item within 14 days of receipt for any reason. This is a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging. You must contact Ka Lai Limited at [email protected] to initiate a return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
After Ka Lai Limited receives your returned item and verifies its condition, Ka Lai Limited will process your refund. Refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days from Ka Lai Limited's receipt of the returned item. This period applies to all refund methods except as noted for PayPal.
For PayPal refunds, the refund will be issued to your PayPal account. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days from Ka Lai Limited's receipt of the returned item. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Ka Lai Limited is not responsible for delays caused by PayPal or your financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Any claims for damaged or defective clothing items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must provide clear photographs of the damage or defect and your order number. Claims submitted after 7 days of receipt will be rejected. If a claim is approved, Ka Lai Limited will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at its sole discretion. This 7-day claim period is separate from the 14 days no-reason return policy.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from your use of clothingsthv.com or purchase of clothing products are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
Limitation of Liability
